Recently while in deep meditation, I’ve been feeling as if I am swaying about when sitting. I relayed my experience today to my meditation group leader and he just thinks its part of my body relaxing. Any answers are welcome.
You’re not alone on that. It feels like I rock back and forth when I meditate. It has nothing to do with my body swaying. It feels more like a thing I internally do (if that makes sense).
Thank you! He normally sits with his eyes open and he said he didn’t notice my rocking or swaying. It was crazy because I felt like I was for most of the 30 minutes we sat. I wasn’t sure if maybe it was those old tree dweller reflexes kicking in.
